Information Collected Upon Registration: When you create or reconfigure a Golf Joust account, you provide some personal information, such as your name, username, password, and email address. Some of this information, for example, your name and username, is listed publicly on our Services, including on your profile page and in search results. Some Services, such as search, public user profiles and viewing lists, do not require registration. We automatically receive your location when you use the Service.

Location Information: You may choose to note your location in your Updates, Check-ins and in your Golf Joust profile. We may also save exact coordinates to help improve our service.

Log Data may include information such as your IP address, browser type, the referring domain, pages visited, and search terms. Other actions, such as interactions with advertisements, may also be included in Log Data.

Links: Golf Joust may keep track of how you interact with links in Updates, Mobile sites, the web and across our Services including third party clients by redirecting clicks or through other means. We do this to help improve our Services, including advertising, and to be able to share aggregate click statistics such as how many times a particular link was clicked on.

• Buddies: Your "buddies" can see the location and time of each of your check-ins, first name and last initial, email, phone number, photo, hometown, Golf Joust earned levels and badges, links to your Twitter, Facebook and Linkedin accounts (if you have connected those accounts to your Golf Joust account), a list of your buddiess, tips you write, golf courses you rank and courses on your played list. Individuals reading this information may use it or disclose it to other individuals or entities without our control and without your knowledge. We therefore urge you to think carefully about including any specific information you may deem private in “Gallery Roars!” or other content (location or otherwise) that you create in the Service.
• Agents: We employ other companies and people to perform tasks on our behalf and need to share your information with them to provide products or services to you. Our agents do not have any right to use Personal Information we share with them beyond what is necessary to assist us, and they provide a comparable level of protection for your Personal Information.
• Information Shared with Everyone: One of the primary reasons people use Golf Joust is to share content with others. Information such as your name and photo, your hometown, your Golf Joust earned levels and badges, a list of your buddies, and the tips you write is shared by default with the Golf Joust community.

Your Consent: We may share or disclose your information with your consent, such as when you use a third party web client to access your Golf Joust account.

Service Providers: We engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to us. We may share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these functions and provide such services, and only pursuant to obligations mirroring the protections of this privacy policy.

Our Partners: In addition to the data sharing described above, we enter into relationships with a variety of businesses and work closely with them. In other situations, Golf Joust provides services, or sells products jointly with these businesses.
